To participate in the program, startups must meet the following criteria:

1. A Founder or Startup must already have a product or service which is ready to launch in a first market. A scaleup should already have some traction or revenue to launch in a new market.

2. Ambition for Growth: Applicants must be growth-oriented, aiming to scale their business and expand into international markets.

3. Strong and Passionate Team: Startups with a cohesive, committed team of founders who demonstrate vision, resilience, and the ability to execute under pressure.

4. Big Thinkers: Entrepreneurs solving significant problems with innovative solutions that target a large addressable market.

5. Great Motivation! Founders should be eager to pitch their ideas, engage with investors, seek clients actively, and work towards measurable outcomes during the program.
While the program is primarily digital to ensure accessibility for startups across various regions, it also includes essential in-person components:

1. Interactive Digital Trainings: Most of the training, workshops, and open sessions will be conducted virtually, leveraging digital platforms to deliver high-quality content and engagement.

2. Offline Bootcamps, Group and 1-1 Mentoring Sessions: Select mentorship sessions will be held in-person to foster deeper connections, facilitate hands-on guidance, and enable more personalized support.

3. Global Investor Pitch Event: The program concludes with an in-person event, bringing together startups, mentors, and investors for pitching opportunities, networking, and collaborative discussions. The participants are a combination of local offline investors and online investors from the Seed Forum Global investor network.
The mentorship component of the program is designed to provide startups with practical, actionable insights and personalized guidance. It includes the following stages:

1. Open Mandatory Sessions:
 - Group sessions covering core topics such as business modeling, fundraising, and market strategies.
 - These sessions are required for all participants to build a strong foundation.

2. One-on-One Sessions:
- Personalized mentorship sessions with experts, tailored to address specific startup needs.
- Founders will have access to mentors from diverse fields such as marketing, finance, technology, and investment.
- These sessions allow for deeper exploration of challenges and customized problem-solving.

3. Dedicated Assignments:
 - Startups will be given tailored assignments related to their business goals, with specific deadlines to ensure progress.
 - These tasks help founders apply what they’ve learned to their unique challenges.
The program spans 3 to 4 months, during which participants will:
 - Gain insights through structured training sessions.
 - Work on assignments and milestones aligned with their business objectives.
 - Engage in mentorship activities and prepare for the final investor pitch day.
Regular Cost: The standard terms per startup is a prepay program fee of EUR 3500, 5% success fee on acquired PE capital and 5%-25% ownership at entry point. This includes among others access to all trainings, mentorships, and final investor event.

Special Offer For The First Moldova Editions: The first batch of the launch in Moldova of SFGAP is fully sponsored by partners, revoking the program fee. This is a unique opportunity for early participants to leverage the program’s resources without financial barriers.
The program delivers a number of digital training sessions, offline bootcamps and mentoring as well as a final global hybrid investor event. Participation in all such events is obligatory for one and maximum two team members including the Founder and CEO.

The main deliverable from the program is an Investment Memorandum and attachments, which builds chapters week by week. This secures that the startup has all draft documentation ready to do the utmost to secure an investment deal when meeting investors. The Go To Market Strategy is among many topics which is included in the Investment Memorandum.
